“Caring Customer Service is indeed Hawks mission. My Air Conditioner stopped working after a thunderstorm induced series of power outages. I contacted Hawk and initially they could not make it to my location until the next day, due to ongoing severe storms and already scheduled service jobs. I told the Scheduler/dispatcher I would check with other companies about same day service.

The Hawk scheduler/dispatcher called me back several hours later and wanted to know if I still needed air conditioner repairs. I told her yes, and she said she would send a technician over immediately.
The technician arrived shortly thereafter. He said he had worked through the downpours, using his umbrella, so he could get service calls completed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my ac running again.

I am very impressed that Hawk called me back to check on my problem and with the dedicated technician who work through inclement weather to provide quality service to their customers. Hawk is my go to service provider for ac-heating and plumbing ( I had Hawk repair a main line water shut off valve for me a couple of years ago) issues.”
